Membership is entitles to stay @ Lonavala,Mahableshwar,Silvassa,Goa & other destination by paying utility charges of 999/-onwards per room per night to be paid at the time of booking directly to Mark N Edge.
All payment at the time of booking or membership should be in favour of –“Mark N Edge’’only.
Booking can be done through online & from Mumbai office only.
Food will be served as per resort policy.
Membership is valid for 2 adults & 2 kids as per resort norms.
Mark N Edge reserves the right to cancel the membership in case of any violation of terms & conditions.
Booking has to be confirmed minimum 2 weeks prior to date of departure to holiday.
Validity of the membership will commence from 15 days of the full payment received.
Membership is valid under the brand name of Holiday Leisure Club.
The affiliations of the resort can be changed any time without the prior notice as per management decision .
Membership cannot be cancelled or refunded as per Mark N Edge norms.
Membership is transferable by paying minimum transfer amount.
Check-in/Check-out time will be as per resort norms.
Rooms available on twin sharing basis only.
Incase of any conflict decision of the resort shall be final & abiding.
Any additional facility at the resort can be availed at the cost abide by the resort at that time.
Membership is brought to you by Mark N Edge group under the brand name of Holiday Leisure club.
Booking once done cannot be cancelled.
Booking confirmations are subject to avalibility.
Bookings not valid on blackout dates.
This Holiday membership is designed purely for holiday lovers & there are no financial returns involved at any point.
Members are requested to communicate online for any kind of trailer made packages which is not the inclusion of membership.
Any international destination will be on extra cost & as per destination & resort norms.
