We recognize that privacy is important to our guests, and hence Holiday Leisure Club Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding personal information we collect when you visit our Resorts, restaurants, Conference Halls, our website, when you fill up a form and become member of our loyalty programs.

"Booking Policy"

Booking request to be sent minimum 21 days of departure.

Incase of any changes in the destination, new request to be sent to process the booking.

Minimum option of 3 destination & 3 travel dates to given at the time of booking.

All booking are done at Mumbai office & through email only.


"Refund Policy { Membership }"

Refund shall be processed within 21 days working days from the date of cancellation mail we receive.

The Payment of Refund shall be done to the applicant through cheque only.

Non Refundable Cancellation Policy Any refund that occurs after 7 days from the time of enrollment of membership will be considered as non Refundable and non cancellable.
